LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003
Section 7 – Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

USERS’ RIGHTS
The subjects of the personal data have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know the content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
According to the same article, one has the right to request the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data that violate the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing, by writing to Hotel Mediterraneo.
The Hotel Mediterraneo reserves the right to modify or amend, at any time, this privacy policy, particularly in light of the entry into force of new relevant regulations. In that case, the changes will come into force 15 days from the date of publication on the website.
